My #1 Hand Recovery Pick: The SaeboStretch

Over the years, I’ve tested and used countless recovery tools, but if I had to choose one product that stays at the top of the list in my hand recovery journey, it would be the SaeboStretch.
In fact, it’s still my number one recommendation today.
After my stroke, excessive tone in my hand made it incredibly difficult to keep my fingers open and my hand relaxed. The SaeboStretch helped position my hand properly and keep it comfortably flat, even during periods of increased spasticity and tone.
I used the SaeboStretch consistently for about a year and a half during my recovery, and even now, more than eight years later, I still pull it out and use it when needed. That’s how valuable this device has been in my journey.
What I love most is that it isn’t a rigid splint. It’s designed to accommodate changes in muscle tone while helping maintain proper positioning and range of motion. For many stroke survivors, that can make a tremendous difference in comfort, mobility, and long-term hand health.
If you’re struggling with a clenched hand, increased tone, or maintaining hand positioning after a neurological injury, the SaeboStretch is one of the first tools I suggest looking into. It was a game changer for me, and it continues to earn a place in my recovery toolkit today.
Stay strong and keep moving,
